Cancellations

All items are subject to availability.

In the unfortunate circumstance that any item in your order is unable to be fulfilled we will inform you as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued.

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange you must contact High Swan Dive within 5 business days to arrange.

All goods must be as new. Once the item has been received by us you will be contacted by phone or email.

Return postage is at the customers expense.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases.

We will gladly replace any faulty products, if any of our products are found to be faulty on arrival please contact us within 5 business days.

In the event of a faulty or broken product all postage costs will be covered by High Swan Dive.
